We ship all orders via Posten/Bring from Geilo, Norway.

Shipping Rates

Norway

  • Flat rate: 105 NOK
  • Free shipping on orders over 1,000 NOK

Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland)

  • Flat rate: 205 NOK
  • Free shipping on orders over 1,000 NOK

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During peak season or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

  • Norway: 4–5 business days
  • Nordics: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Posten/Bring and may vary depending on location and conditions.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (angrerettloven), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day deadline expires. You can contact us here.

The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within a reasonable time. Include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original order and place a new order.
